Mit den neu entwickelten OSNALINE®  ANTISTATIC Rohrbündeln bietet unser Engineering jetzt eine patentierte Lösung für maximale Sicherheit und Effizienz.

Die sensiblen Prozessbedingungen in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie verlangen ein Höchstmaß an Sicherheit von technischen Installationen. Unter anderem ist hier in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen zwangsläufig jede elektrostatische Ladung aufgrund des erheblichen Gefährdungspotentials strengstens zu vermeiden. Nicht nur für derart hohe Sicherheitsansprüche hat KME Special die neuen OSNALINE® ANTISTATIC Rohrbündel entwickelt und bietet damit zugleich optimierte Funktionalität und höchste Effizienz. Die neuen Rohrbündel ergänzen die bewährten, in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen verfügbaren Systeme der Marke OSNALINE® mit einer patentierten TPU-ummantelten antistatischen Variante: keine statische Aufladung, und damit auch keine Gefahr durch elektrostatische Entladung.

OSNALINE® ANTISTATIC wurde mit dem Ziel höherer Wirtschaftlichkeit und vereinfachter Installation entwickelt. Gebündelte Rohrleitungen in Gefahrenbereiche waren bisher nur in Form komplett vormontierter Systeme in kurzen Abmessungen und ohne die Möglichkeit einer baustellenseitigen Anpassung verfügbar. OSNALINE® ANTISTATIC Rohrbündel bieten dagegen einsatzfertige Lösungen in großen Längen, die kundenspezifisch ausgestattet und bei der Installation vor Ort einfach endmaßgerecht angepasst werden können.

OSNALINE® ANTISTATIC erweist sich darüber hinaus bei Sicherheitsabnahmen und -prüfungen als besonders vorteilhaft, da der Sicherheitsstandard des Produktes von vornherein spezifiziert ist. Die Installation über lange Strecken bedeutet zudem eine erhebliche Reduzierung der Prüfpunkte und damit auch des zeitlichen Aufwands und der Kosten.

Every OSNALINE® product leaving our production is thoroughly tested for operational security. Final product testing consists of:

  • Pressure testing according to specification up to max. 290 bar
  • Internal tube diameter consistency testing
  • External tube diameter and thickness conformity testing
  • Labelling check

STORAGE AND HANDLING. READY FOR SAFE SHIPPING AROUND THE WORLD

OSNALINE® tube bundles are wound onto sturdy wooden reels which are then securely lagged, ready for shipping around the world. All tube bundle ends are protected with heat-shrinkable sealing caps against ingress of dust and moisture during storage and installation.

All tube bundles are supplied on wooden reels with diameters from 900 to 2.240 mm (approx. 35″ to 90″). The reels are finished:

  • completely boarded for oversea transportation
  • as a „crate” for lorry-transportation
  • with labels for correct type and length of the tube bundle
